We appreciate postage costs can be annoying therefore we are happy for customers to collect from our offices, Please tick this option at the checkout.

On all collections you will need to email us at  sales@historyrepeats.co.uk (we have been advised that some of our emails are being filtered straight into peoples junk mail, please keep an eye on this part of your inbox) requesting an appointment to collect your goods. We are an online company and are not always in the office and our stock is not stored at our collection address, therefore if you turn up on the off chance it is highly likely you will have made a wasted trip (this has happened in the past). We are very flexible and appointments can be made for next day collection. Full details will be listed in our appointment email.   

Delivery Address

We are happy to send our parcels to any address that you provide, we would however ask you to think carefully about having items delivered to work or large organisation addresses. All our services require a signature at place of delivery, this does not have to be the name on the parcel however in giving an address you are responsible for the parcel once it has been signed for and if it gets misplaced after this it is no longer History Repeats responsibility. We have experienced disappearing parcels that have been signed for at work addresses and we regrettably can not trace or refund items in these circumstances, so we ask that you keep this in mind when providing us with a delivery address.  

 Delivery within the UK

All parcels are sent through the most appropriate method for the weight of the item. We aim to send all items via the most cost affective delivery, keeping postage and packaging costs to a minimum. All packaging is sent at a high standard to protect the item and fragile items are clearly marked for delivery. We review our methods of postage on a regular basis to assure we are offering our customers the best and most cost affective service available. If a customer would prefer their items to be sent via a particular service we are happy to arrange this however additional costs will have to be paid in advance by the customer to carry out this service.

Packages under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail, Second Class Recorded Delivery

 This will require a signature and aims to deliver in 3 working days. Please be reminded a signature is required from any person at that address not just the name on the parcel, therefore if the parcel has been delivered and signed for it is no longer History-repeats liability and the item will be classed as delivered to the addressee. If there is nobody to sign for the parcel the item will be taken to your nearest sorting office and you will be required to collect the parcel in person (please remember a form of identification). The sorting office will keep the parcel for 18 days if it has not been collected within this time it will be returned to us. This process can take some time and until we receive the item back we cannot resend (customers will forfeit these charges and it will be required in advance) or we can refund you for your item minus any costs that accrue during this process. Please be advised this is not a tracked service and will only provide us with confirmation signature of delivery.

Packages over 2kg are sent via Parcelforce

This is courier services that aims to deliver in 2-3 working days. A signature will be required on delivery, please be reminded a signature is required from any person at that address not just the name on the parcel, therefore if the parcel has been delivered and signed for it is no longer History-repeats liability and the item will be classed as delivered to the addressee. They will attempt to deliver the parcel 2 times, leaving a card from the driver after the first attempt with further instructions for delivery. After the second attempt it will then be held at your local depot for collection (please remember identification when making this collection), if this is not made within 16 working days it will be returned to sending. If the parcel is returned to History Repeats the customer will be required to pay further postage fees to re deliver the item. Should a refund be required at any point during this process, we will only be able to apply our refund policy once the item is back at History-Repeats office.

Delivery outside the UK

Postage is not included for delivery outside the UK, this is because this form of postage is calculated on either the measurement or the weight of the parcel, whichever being the greatest. As you can imagine without knowing what you are buying we are unable to make this calculation.  

We recommend that you email us at sales@historyrepeats.co.uk (we have been advised that some of our emails are being filtered directly to peoples junk mail, so please keep an eye on this part of your inbox), listing the goods you wish to purchase and your full address, we will then send a postage quotation. If you are happy with this figure, we ask you to purchase the item(s) ticking the collection option at the checkout. We will then email a paypal invoice for the international postage fees and once that has been paid, the item will be sent.
