This beautiful Harris No. 3 sewing machine comes with the original key to lock the wooden top case in place. , It comes with an OXO tin full of collections which appear to be a selection of feet, needles and what nots. Harris & Co. was a company based in London with many Depots which distributed sewing machines and other goods to retailers. They didn't actually produce any sewing machines, but badged machines made by other makers. These machines are so beautiful, it really is worth every penny visually regardless if you sew with it or not, it's a real ornate show piece. Ideal as a 'Show Piece' for display window, or Collecters item. Item shows signs of age but appears to be in working order (I am not an expert but the needle etc. moves when the hand crank is turned).
