Refund or Exchange
Refund or exchange can be given within 7 days of you receiving the item. A refund is for the price of the item and regrettably postage on all accounts can not be refunded. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (we have been advised that some emails are being filtered straight into customers junk mail, please keep an eye on this part of your inbox) listing the item and reason for the refund or exchange before sending the package.
Packaging must be to the standard it was originally sent (we are happy for you to recycle our packaging as long as it is still able to serve its purpose and protect the contents).
Return postage should be sent via the service that it was received from History Repeats, we highly recommend you get proof of postage, unfortunately postage costs are non refundable. We are also happy for it to be hand delivered (as we are an online shop we are not always in the office so please remember to organise a time with us to deliver to save disappointment and a wasted trip).
We reserve the rights to refuse refunds on items that have been damaged or worn.
We are unable to process the refund or exchange until we have received the item back. On receiving the returned goods in its original condition a refund will be processed within 10days and an email will be sent to confirm completion.
Fairs and Markets
All purchased items from locations such as fairs and markets are sold as seen and are regrettably non-refundable.
